  • Estate planning is about making clear decisions for what happens to your assets, responsibilities, and loved ones after you die or if you lose capacity. It helps you protect your family, reduce stress, avoid disputes, and preserve wealth across generations. This is something that should be reviewed throughout your life, not just when it is actually required.

  • Members can book telephone or video consultations. Face‑to‑face appointments are available in Hertfordshire, Essex, London and the South East of England. Remote support is available across England & Wales.

  • Nothing is required. If you have existing documents (e.g., a will or LPAs), having them to hand makes your first sessions more productive.

  • Use the Contact Us page to get in touch. We’ll guide you through joining and getting access.

  • Our first meeting will help us comprehend your circumstances and wishes. You will then receive clear guidance on your next steps.

  • No. The PA is educational and helps you prepare and understand your options. You may still choose to work with a suitably qualified professional for drafting or execution. We can help facilitate that too.

  • The Private Association is a private online space for education, planning tools, and access to experienced estate planning advisers. It helps you understand options and get organised so you can make informed decisions.

  • This space was set up as a Private Association (PA) to ensure it remains an independent, private, and educational space — not a commercial entity focused primarily on profit. Estate planning is deeply personal, and this platform was built to serve people, not profits.

Operating as a PA allows us to:

    • Focus on education, not sales

    • Maintain a private, members-only environment

    • Share information openly, without the pressure or restrictions that may apply to publicly regulated entities

This structure gives us greater freedom to speak plainly, challenge outdated norms, and provide honest guidance without being subject to external censorship or compliance frameworks that often limit what can be shared in the public domain.

In short: it’s about protecting your right to access clear, truthful, and uncensored information — in a private space built for learning, not marketing.

  • Rather than offering fill-in-the-blank documents, we focus on education. We want to give you the understanding behind the decisions — so you know why you're doing something, not just what to write down.

  • No personal data is required to browse the free content, and your learning journey stays private. If you choose to upgrade or request professional support, your information is handled securely and respectfully.

  • Yes. The free membership is open to anyone. Feel free to invite family members, friends, or anyone else who might benefit from understanding estate planning.
